CBT4T Subscriber
Since May 2026, you can enrol in the CBT4T programme with a £20 monthly Subscription
Back in 2020, the original 6 module Tinnitus E-Programme (2009-2020) was replaced by the CBT4T programme. From 2020-2023, the newly developed programme included twelve Stages. Then over a three year period between 2023-25, it was fine tuned using a combination of:
- New CBT tools
- A clearer framework (the Four Elements)
- New mechanisms to improve and maintain Member engagement over several months (commonly an average 6-8 months from start to completion), much of which came either directly from - or indirectly as a consequence of - feedback from Users
There is little doubt that in the years ahead, further improvements and developments will be investigated, tested and implemented where benefits are in evidence.
To date, CBT4T enrolment has been open-ended i.e. no limit to how long your access remains open; however, it has meant an initial financial outlay of some £200-400 depending on the number of face-to-face appointments selected at the time of enrolment.
Although £200-£400 is a small fraction of the cost (around 10%) of such a comprehensive intervention provided through one-to-one appointments, with the cost of living challenges of today, a low cost monthly Subscription may well help many more people afford access to the CBT4T programme, so that they too can enjoy the successful outcomes achieved through CBT4T enrolment.
CBT4T Subscription Options
There are two options for a monthly CBT4T Subscription:
- CBT4T Online (£20 per month) - this subscription excludes 1-1 appointments, so the Subscriber chooses if and when they want to book an appointment at the end of Stage 4 (the optimum time for a vast majority of Users) or later, or if at all
- CBT4T Online with ONE appointment included (£30 per month) - one appointment is part of the Subscription, usually due at the end of Stage 4, but may be preferred later, particularly after completing Stage 6
- Each appointment with Debbie Featherstone is commonly around 90 minutes (£125)
- All appointments are using Zoom - your link is sent to you by email 30-60 minutes prior to your appointment time
- Access to CBT4T continues for as long as the Subscription remains active
CBT4T Subscription provides the CBT4T process including content, use of the CBT4T bespoke logs and tools, weekly SITREP and individual support by email for a low-cost monthly subscription.
